Thanks to UNTRR, active dealer King Long Higer since the end of 2006 we had the opportunity to test various types of Chinese products completed by Romanian seats. The last one tested, a 31 seats V8 Higer is very similar as aspect, but of smaller dimensions and diminished engine power, then the type of vehicle tested in February, this one impressed us with the better maneuverability of the gears lever, fitted on the floor, meaning that the Chinese are ready to improve their technique to cope the European clients demands. The recorded fuel consumption was higher, 23 l/100km, as against 19 l / 100km, registered with the bigger Higer bus, one of the causes being the bad weather, storms and wind being recorded at the latest test. Also the test route was changed, the road towards Sinaia being more crowded then the one to Cheia.
